Jordan Greenberg has been working in B2B SaaS for over 10 years, specializing in customer facing roles. After switching companies three times and experiencing countless frustrations during the job search process (you can read here about his experience while living abroad) it dawned on him that the best job search experiences and offers he accepted came with the help of an external recruiter.
In addition to his passion for helping coach and place hundreds of job-seekers into permanent positions, Jordan is a firm advocate for utilizing an external recruiter for candidates. External recruiters are not only a free resource for job-seekers, but also help effectively position candidates for success and facilitate an end-to-end hiring process that can streamline a company's search for the best match.
Jordan decided to utilize his consulting, networking, and matchmaking skills by establishing The Recruitery. His mission is to build strong relationships on both sides of the interview table while managing an efficient, yet careful recruiting process resulting in long-term happy clients and candidates.
